Today, I had the great pleasure to speak in front of the NATO accelerator and the members of the 2025 cohort in Krakow. The members coming from very diverse technologies and business models from cloud business over AI to sustainable tech participated in not just a presentation but also actively to know more about the methods in sales to Position to Win, viable Pricing Strategies to a recent Case Study showing how one can combine the different Pricing Strategies in a single sales opportunity.

I take with me a great eagerness of the 2025 cohort to learn more about acquiring business in the defence sector, making the business and to better understand the challenges and key elements of the market sector.
Personally, what stood out to me was the heartfelt innovation spirit for a step from commercial business into „dual-use“ defence topics.
Coming myself from aerospace and defence sector and it’s business, I ask myself what about this approach to increase innovation capabilities through e.g. NATO DIANA or the German Bundeswehr Palladion Defence Accelerator accelerators?
The NATO DIANA Cohort 2025 is also an inspiration for me as speaker. I am excited to see them along their year and how they will shape the future in defence after 2025.
