MyCo.DS helps young companies to make their entry into the defence and security sector viable and affordable.
Together with the companies, we at MyCo.DS create a dynamic Community that supports young companies in the defence and security sector through mentoring and tailored services to bring their ideas into this sector and implement them profitably.

Key elements of MyCo.DS
Mentoring
is used, for example, to determine the sales strategy and to implement the “Positioning to Win” tool and to provide it with targeted actions that greatly improve the chances of winning without dramatically increasing costs.
Consulting
helps with established methods of business development, sales, offer management and project management in a variant and manner that is manageable or operationally feasible for scale-ups.
Training
as a possible addition; This is where a training and/or education plan is created with the customer company in order to effectively close knowledge gaps in the security and defence sector.
Execution Support
refers to strategically necessary adjustments to the young business processes that must be initiated early on in order to avoid late costs.

Start-ups
With our mentoring service, we help start-ups position themselves for entry into the security and defence sector and prepare them, for example by participating in certain accelerators.

Scale-ups
We advise scale-ups with the most detailed analysis possible of your growth strategy in the security and defence sector. The aim of the mentoring is to identify specific and systemic problems that need to be solved to achieve maximum growth in the security and defence sector in the following two years. To do this, the relevant key areas and challenges are identified and measures are taken.

Incubators
To realize a start-up and to give the start-up the right momentum, there are now also a number of incubators in the security and defence sector. We help start-ups find the right defence incubator.

Accelerators
The national and international accelerators in the security and defence sector help participants to prepare themselves for business, for example with the Bundeswehr.
Our mentoring and consulting helps them to make this process as sustainable and profitable as possible.

What’s up next …
For scale-ups, we offer an initial workshop that focuses and intensively examines whether the company is “Fit for Defence”. The first part of the workshop is an analysis, on the basis of which the planning and preparations for a successful entry into the defence and security sector are defined in a second step.
